We have upgraded, modified, repaired, re-certified and inspected almost every type of structure out there, regardless of manufacturer or design. We typically have several derricks on-going at any one time and complete many upgrades year on year — covering every element of the work-scope from structural analysis through to installation, at any location in the world.
Our in-house engineering has accumulated deep experience of upgrade work-scopes, allowing us to provide fast, proven derrick solutions. Field installation is a particular strength: a large pool of offshore and site crews undertakes on-site upgrades and modifications worldwide, delivering on time and on budget.
Typical projects include increased hook-load and setback capacity, top-drive upgrades, derrick extensions, windwall and heat-shield cladding, replacement guide rails and racking boards, modifications for pipe handling, high- and low-pressure piping, casing stabbing boards, bolt changes and derrick inspections.
