Fabrication

In-house fabrication at our purpose-built Great Yarmouth facility with full welding, machining, and coating capabilities.

From our facilities in Great Yarmouth we carry out a range of fabrication projects — from general fabrication such as deck extensions, subsea templates and pipework, to specialist fabrication such as drilling derricks, masts and substructures and rig modification kits.

Unlike many fabricators, at DSL you have the option of providing us with the drawings of your requirements or using our extensive engineering resource to design, or assist with the design of, what you need. We can support you around the world and supply site and offshore personnel from all of our locations to install any fabricated items.

The quality management system we operate and are accredited to gives you the assurance that QA/QC of our fabricated components is of the highest standard, supported by comprehensive manufacturing data books with all relevant certification and documentation for your product.
