Rope Access

As an IRATA-approved company, DSL provides rope-access technicians for offshore and onshore requirements worldwide. Our personnel stand out from most competitors in that many are also trades personnel — rope-access welders, electricians, platers, riggers and inspection personnel.

This lets us support a diverse range of requirements, from simple rigging and inspection activities through to electrical and piping work-scopes and the assembly or dismantling of structures such as drilling derricks. We maintain a rope-access workforce of around 60 personnel through the year, with more during peak periods, and because so much of our work is on mobile drilling units our teams understand the need to complete work-scopes on time and safely.

Our rope-access services are backed by a comprehensive safety management system, and the fact that we also have in-house engineering and fabrication capability — and are ISO 9001 accredited — means we are far more than a labour-supply outfit.
