Land-rig refurbishment, upgrades and re-certification form a significant part of our core business worldwide. From carrier rigs to the biggest drilling rigs we provide a range of services — complete overhaul, upgrade for new equipment or capacity, or refurbishment of individual components.

We have a long history of working with masts and substructures and carrier and trailer rigs of almost every manufacturer there is or has been, and our worldwide locations mean we can support you wherever you are. API audits DSL annually for its licences, and as an API 4F and 8C licensed company we hold the qualifications and accreditations to re-certify your drilling structure to API 4F.

Common upgrades include refurbishment of the drilling structure, replacement of components, BOP handling upgrades, modifications to increase rig capacity, top-drive upgrades, replacement masts and substructures and rig-moving systems — we can even convert your rig to helicopter-transportable if required.
