DSL has designed and installed a wide variety of windwalls for derricks and drill floors over the years, as well as heat-shield cladding. We have many designs we can adapt to your specific application, or we can design specifically to your requirements.
Many drilling structures were not designed to accommodate the wind loading of windwalls, but our in-house engineering runs the calculations to API 4F to establish whether any local reinforcement is required. When it comes to installation, safety and speed are essential — especially between drilling contracts — and our experienced in-house derrick technicians enable us to offer a turnkey solution to your requirements.
